We know there needs to be many choices in an exhaust line if you are to satisfy all customers. We have five distinctly different muffler series and even with this much choice there are times when you need to “tweak” your exhaust note by using a resonator.

As with our mufflers, we give you distinctly different internal designs with our Solo resonators. They are a full stainless steel, tig welded unit, both internally and externally.

MR-Resonators (Mach Resonators)
Our MR-Resonators are a free flow resonator that is heavily louvered and packed with stainless steel wool and ceramic fiber. They typically soften the existing exhaust note by 15% to 20% while deepening the octave. Our new “angled” MR-Resonators (55 degree angle) allow you to fit resonators in spots you ordinarily couldn’t such as; a short front pipe before the converter; or the axle area of the tail pipe.

QR-Resonators (Quiet Resonators)
Our QR-Resonators are like two resonators in one. They offer both flow and quietness. They flow 93% as much as a free flow resonator and are as quiet as a chambered resonator. Typically they reduce the exhaust note by 25% – 40% (QR-Longs are quieter than QR-Shorts) while dramatically reducing or eliminating the troubled RPM drone ranges.

Our Solorez line was developed to give us a great way to satisfy all of the “exhaust note junkies” our there. We have resonators from 1¾” to 4” in several styles and body lengths. Calming or changing the exhaust note slightly is many times the final key to a “perfect” set-up!
